1 Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "Platform" means the tek999 website accessible at https://tek999.org and all associated pages, mobile interfaces, and services.
• "Player" / "You" means any individual who registers an account on the tek999 platform or accesses any part of it.
• "Account" means the registered user profile created by a Player to access the platform's services.
• "Wallet" means the BDT-denominated balance held within a Player's Account, used for deposits, bets, and withdrawals.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet, or deposit match amount credited to an Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "tek999", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operator of the tek999 platform.
• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6), the reference time zone for all platform operations.

References to "including" or "includes" are non-exhaustive. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

To use the tek999 platform, you must complete the registration process and meet all eligibility criteria set out in this section.

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform. By registering, you confirm that you are 21 years of age or older. tek999 may request identity documents to verify your age at any point. If you are found to be underage, your account will be immediately closed, all bonus funds will be forfeited, and any deposits may be returned at tek999's sole discretion.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each individual person may hold only one active tek999 account. This restriction applies per person, per household, per device, and per shared IP address where multiple accounts are suspected. If tek999 identifies duplicate accounts belonging to the same individual, all associated accounts may be suspended, balances forfeited, and the player permanently banned from the platform.

2.3 Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full name, date of birth, and contact details. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account closure.

2.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your username and password confidential. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify tek999 immediately at [email protected]. tek999 cannot be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to protect your credentials.

2.5 Jurisdictional Restrictions

The tek999 platform is intended for use by players located in Bangladesh. Players accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law do so entirely at their own risk and legal responsibility. tek999 makes no representation that the services are lawful in any jurisdiction outside its intended market.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

tek999 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. tek999 does not accept cryptocurrency, foreign currency transfers, or third-party payment processors not listed above.

3.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount per transaction is ৳100. tek999 does not charge any deposit fee on its end; however, your mobile wallet provider or bank may apply their own transfer charges, for which tek999 bears no responsibility.

3.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted to a bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay mobile wallet are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes of approval during normal operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time). Bank transfers to Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, or Sonali Bank may take up to 1 to 3 business days depending on the receiving institution's clearing schedule.

3.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the tek999 account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Before processing any withdrawal, tek999 may require the submission of identity verification documents, including a national identity card (NID) or passport. Pending verification, withdrawal requests may be held for up to 72 hours.

3.5 Currency and Conversion

All platform balances, bets, winnings, and transactions are denominated solely in BDT. tek999 does not perform currency conversion. If you attempt to deposit from a payment method denominated in a foreign currency, the transaction will not be processed.

3.6 Suspicious Transactions

tek999 reserves the right to delay, hold, or reverse any transaction that is suspected of being fraudulent, associated with money laundering, or in violation of these Terms & Conditions. In such cases, tek999 may freeze the associated account pending investigation and is under no obligation to release funds until the investigation is concluded.

4 Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

4.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, deposit matches, and promotional offers made available on tek999 are subject to specific terms published at the time of the promotion. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail only with respect to that promotion.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your wallet are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be stated in the relevant promotion terms. Until the wagering requirement is met, bonus funds and any winnings derived from them are non-withdrawable. tek999 reserves the right to void bonus winnings if wagering requirements are not fulfilled within the specified time window.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to exploit bonuses through matched betting using the same funds across multiple accounts, using automated software, or any other method that tek999 considers to be bonus abuse will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension. tek999's determination of what constitutes bonus abuse is final.

4.4 Promotional Changes

tek999 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotional offers may be region-specific or restricted to certain payment methods or game categories. Eligibility for any promotion is determined solely by tek999.

5 Game Rules and Betting Conduct

5.1 Game Outcomes

All games available on the tek999 platform — including slots, live casino tables, crash games, and sports betting markets — use certified random number generation (RNG) or live dealer processes provided by third-party software studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. tek999 does not manipulate game outcomes. Results generated by these certified systems are final and binding.

5.2 Bet Settlement

Bets are settled in accordance with the rules of each individual game or sports market. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session, tek999 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the bet stake to the player's wallet. tek999 is not liable for losses arising from interrupted sessions caused by factors outside its control, including internet connectivity issues on the player's end.

5.3 Cricket and Sports Betting

All cricket and sports betting markets — covering BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, and international fixtures involving the Bangladesh National Cricket Team — are governed by the specific market rules displayed at the time of placing the bet. In-play bets accepted after the official result of the relevant event has been determined are void. Live odds are subject to change without notice and may be suspended at any time.

5.4 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tek999 platform:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, or scripted systems to interact with the platform.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional offers.
• Any attempt to gain an unfair advantage through technical exploitation, including but not limited to reverse engineering the platform's software.
• Placing bets using funds derived from illegal activity.
• Attempting to circumvent bet limits, deposit caps, or responsible gaming tools implemented by tek999.

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to appropriate authorities.

6 Responsible Gaming

7 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tek999 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption. tek999's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.

tek999 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may affect platform availability, and tek999 will use reasonable endeavours to notify players of planned downtime in advance.

tek999 shall not be liable for any losses arising from: events of force majeure including natural disasters, government actions, or failure of third-party infrastructure; delays or failures in payment processing caused by mobile wallet providers or banking institutions; or actions taken in good faith to investigate suspected fraudulent activity on an account.

8 Privacy and Data Protection

tek999 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that document. 9 Intellectual Property

All content on the tek999 platform — including but not limited to the tek999 brand name and logo, page designs, graphics, game interfaces, text, and software — is the intellectual property of tek999 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written consent from tek999.

10 Account Termination and Suspension

tek999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms & Conditions; suspected fraudulent activity; failure to complete identity verification; or where continued operation of the account poses a risk to other players or to the integrity of the platform.

Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in the wallet (net of bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, provided that no fraud investigation is ongoing. Bonus funds are forfeited upon account closure regardless of wagering status.

All pending bets at the time of closure will be settled normally and any resulting winnings (or stakes, in the event of a void) applied to your wallet before the closure balance is returned.

11 Amendments to These Terms

When material changes are made, tek999 will use reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the email address or contact method on file. The revised Terms & Conditions will be effective from the date of publication on this page. Your continued use of the tek999 platform after that date constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
